The first step in the Kinsman app is to create or select a work profile. Work profiles are the tool and machine configuration settings for your SitePoints. It designates the way in which the sensors will be used for each work session. For example, “SitePoint on a survey pole” or “two SitePoints on a skid steer” are different work profiles. You can create work profiles within the mobile app. The mobile app comes with a default work profile for survey poles: “Kinsman 1.8m pole”
Creating a New Work Profile
To use a SitePoint with a different tool or machine configuration:
Select + New on the Select Work Profile screen
Choose the appropriate configuration type from the dropdown (e.g., skid steer, excavator)
Enter the required details based on the selected configuration
Add a Profile Name so you can easily recognize and reuse this setup in the future
